Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from the pineal gland's epithalamin; developed by the St. Petersburg Institute of Gerontology through decades of longevity research. Its most documented mechanism is telomerase activation: Epithalon upregulates hTERT (telomerase reverse transcriptase), the enzyme that adds protective sequences to chromosome ends and extends the replicative lifespan of cells. How to Reconstitute
Allow the vial to equilibrate to room temperature before opening. Reconstitute in sterile water for injection to your required working concentration. Do not vortex; gently swirl or invert the vial until fully dissolved. Aliquot into single-use volumes before freezing to minimize freeze-thaw exposure.
Storage
