We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and 100+ other coins via NOWPayments) and bank transfer (wire transfer). Cryptocurrency payments are processed automatically and orders are typically confirmed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers require 1–2 business days to clear.
No. There is no minimum order quantity or value. Single-unit orders are accepted at full list price. Tiered pricing is automatically applied at checkout for larger quantities — you can see the applicable discounts on each product page.
Tiered pricing is displayed on each product listing and applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity in your cart. No coupon codes, quotes, or negotiation required. The more you order, the lower the per-unit price.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been picked and packed. After this window, or once the order has entered the dispatch process, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at our contact page if you need to make a change.
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the current market rate at the time of checkout. Bank transfers should be made in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Products & Quality

All Northstate Labs peptides meet a minimum purity threshold of >99%, verified by independent third-party analysis. This threshold is applied at the batch level — not as a catalogue-wide average. Batches that fail to meet this standard are not offered for sale.
Every batch is tested by two methods: high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), which measures purity by comparing the peptide peak area to total detected area; and mass spectrometry (MS), which confirms the molecular identity of the compound by verifying molecular weight. Both tests are conducted by an independent external laboratory — not in-house.
The Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for your batch is provided digitally with every order confirmation. It includes the HPLC trace, mass spectrometry result, purity percentage, batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date. If you require the physical CoA documentation, contact us with your order number and we will provide it promptly.
Yes. All peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, vacuum-sealed under inert atmosphere. Lyophilization removes all residual solvent and moisture, significantly extending shelf life and ensuring stability during international transit.
Lyophilized peptides stored correctly at -20°C have a typical shelf life of 24–36 months from the manufacturing date. The expiry date is printed on the product vial label and listed on the Certificate of Analysis. Once reconstituted, peptides in solution should be used within 4 weeks if stored at 4°C, or aliquoted and stored at -80°C for longer-term use.
We do not currently offer bespoke custom synthesis. Our catalogue covers the most-researched peptides in current use. If you have a specific compound requirement not listed in our catalogue, contact us and we will advise whether it can be sourced.
The principal difference is verification. Many suppliers assert purity without providing independent documentation. Northstate Labs uses an external laboratory — not our own facility — to verify every batch by HPLC and mass spectrometry. The CoA is not a marketing document; it is a reproducible analytical record.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Thailand. This gives us efficient freight access to Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide via EMS (Thailand Post Express Mail Service) and DHL Express. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines vary by destination: Asia-Pacific typically receives in 3–7 business days; Europe and the Middle East in 7–12 business days; the Americas in 8–14 business days. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary based on local customs processing.
All parcels are packaged discreetly. No branding, product names, or chemical designations appear on the exterior. Contents are described generically on customs documentation as "research materials." Lyophilized peptides are packaged to maintain integrity and stability throughout international transit.
Yes. All orders are shipped with full tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you at the time of dispatch. You can track your parcel through the relevant carrier website (DHL or Thailand Post).
In the event that a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship the order at no cost. For customs seizures, please contact us directly — we review these cases individually and work to resolve them. We cannot guarantee delivery in all jurisdictions, and we recommend buyers verify the regulatory status of research peptides in their country prior to ordering.
EMS (standard) shipments can deliver to PO boxes in most countries. DHL Express requires a physical street address. If you need to use a PO box, select standard EMS shipping at checkout and confirm availability with us for your country.

Storage & Handling

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Keep vials sealed until ready to use — exposure to air and moisture can degrade the compound. Avoid storing near strong-smelling compounds or in a frost-free freezer (which cycles above 0°C).
Allow the sealed vial to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to prevent moisture condensation on the powder. Add the appropriate reconstitution solvent (typically sterile water, bacteriostatic water, or dilute acetic acid depending on the peptide) slowly using a syringe, directed at the vial wall rather than directly onto the peptide. Swirl gently — do not vortex or shake vigorously. Refer to the product specification sheet for peptide-specific reconstitution guidance.
This varies by peptide. Most water-soluble peptides reconstitute in sterile water or bacteriostatic water. Hydrophobic peptides may require dilute acetic acid (0.1%), DMSO, or acetonitrile as an initial solvent before dilution with aqueous buffer. The product specification sheet included with your order provides peptide-specific guidance.
In solution at 4°C, most peptides remain stable for up to 4 weeks. For longer-term storage, aliquot immediately after reconstitution into single-use volumes and store at -20°C or -80°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles — each cycle can cause progressive degradation in some peptides.

The legal status of research peptides varies by country. In most jurisdictions, peptides sold explicitly for research purposes — with no intent for human use — are legal to acquire and possess by qualified researchers. Buyers are solely responsible for determining the applicable regulations in their country and ensuring compliance before ordering.
No documentation is required for standard orders. By completing a purchase, buyers confirm they are qualified researchers and that products will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For institutional or large wholesale orders, we may request confirmation of research affiliation.
No. Northstate Labs is a chemical supplier of research-grade peptides. We are not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, compounding pharmacy, or licensed drug manufacturer. Our products are not approved or regulated as pharmaceutical preparations and have not been evaluated by any food or drug regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

Account & Loyalty

NorthPoints are earned automatically on every purchase when you are logged in to your account. Points are calculated based on order value and credited to your account after the order is fulfilled. You can view your points balance in My Account.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders at checkout. The redemption rate and available options are shown in your account dashboard. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
The Northstate Labs affiliate program pays a 20% commission on every sale generated through your unique referral link. Sign up via the Affiliates page, receive your tracking link, and commissions are paid monthly for all verified referred sales. There is no minimum sales threshold to receive payment.
