From Synthesis to Your Laboratory
Every Northstate Labs peptide passes through a documented, multi-stage quality process before it ships.
Synthesis
Peptides are synthesized using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) under controlled conditions to pharmaceutical-grade specification. Raw materials are sourced from verified suppliers with documented purity.
HPLC Purification
Each batch undergoes high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) purification to remove impurities and achieve target purity. Results are recorded at the batch level — not as an average across products.
Independent Verification
Purified batches are sent to an independent external laboratory for verification by HPLC and mass spectrometry. This step is not in-house. Any batch failing to meet our >99% purity threshold is destroyed and not offered for sale.
Lyophilisation & Dispatch
Passing batches are lyophilized (freeze-dried), vacuum-sealed, and labelled with batch number, manufacturing date, expiry, and CoA reference. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
