Paying by Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is the most widely accessible payment option. You can send from virtually any bank account in the world using SWIFT/wire instructions provided at checkout.

Send in your local currency if your bank supports it — or in USD or EUR. We receive funds in THB and your bank handles the conversion, so there are no fees on our side. Your bank may charge an outgoing wire fee; check with them in advance.

Orders are held for 3 business days after placement. If payment has not cleared within that window, the order is cancelled and items return to stock. If you've sent a transfer and expect a delay, contact us at info@northstate.xyz.

Common Questions

Which payment method is the fastest overall?
Card is the fastest for confirmation — payment is instant and your order moves to processing immediately. Crypto is a close second, usually clearing within 30 minutes. Bank transfer is slowest for confirmation but equally fast for dispatch once funds arrive.
Do you charge extra fees on any payment method?
No. We absorb all processing costs on our end regardless of payment method. Your checkout total is your final total. Your own bank or crypto network may charge outgoing fees — that's outside our control.
Can I pay in my local currency by bank transfer?
Yes, in most cases. Our bank details support incoming transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and SGD. If your currency isn't listed, your bank will convert it automatically as part of the international transfer — just be aware they may apply their own exchange rate.
My bank transfer is taking longer than 3 business days — what happens?
Contact us at info@northstate.xyz with your order number and bank transfer reference before the 3-day window closes. We'll hold the order once we know payment is in transit. Orders are not cancelled without notification if you've been in touch.
What happens if I send the wrong amount in crypto?
NOWPayments requires exact amounts. If you underpay, the order will remain pending — contact us and we'll provide a top-up address. If you overpay, NOWPayments will flag it and we'll arrange a refund to your wallet. Always send exactly what's shown in the payment window.
Is it safe to pay by card on your site?
Yes. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe — one of the world's largest and most secure payment processors. We never see or store your card number. Stripe uses AES-256 encryption and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. 3D Secure authentication adds a second verification layer on applicable cards.
Can I split my payment across two methods?
Not at checkout — each order requires a single payment method. If you need a custom arrangement (e.g., partial store credit plus transfer), contact us before placing the order and we'll work something out.
