Affiliate Programme Agreement
Read and understand the following terms before submitting your application. By registering you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Eligibility & Approval
Applications are reviewed manually. Northstate Labs reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Approved affiliates will receive a confirmation email. Accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 20% of the net order value (excluding shipping and taxes) on each successfully completed and non-refunded order referred via a valid affiliate link. Commissions are recorded as pending for 14 days after the order date to allow for returns or chargebacks, after which they move to approved status and become eligible for payout.
3. Cookie & Attribution
A 30-day first-click cookie is set when a visitor clicks your affiliate link. If that visitor places an order within 30 days, the commission is attributed to you. Subsequent clicks by the same visitor from other affiliates’ links do not override the first-click attribution during the active cookie window.
4. Payouts
Payouts are issued exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or ETH at affiliate’s choice) to the wallet address provided in your affiliate account. A minimum balance of $50 USD equivalent in approved commissions is required before a payout can be requested. Northstate Labs targets payout processing within 7 business days of a request.
5. Permitted Promotion
You may promote Northstate Labs through your own website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters (to opted-in subscribers), and research community forums, provided all content is accurate, non-misleading, and compliant with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (e.g. “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or equivalent disclosure).
6. Prohibited Activities
- Bidding on Northstate Labs’ brand keywords (e.g. “Northstate Labs”, “northstate.xyz”) in paid search advertising.
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or using purchased/scraped email lists.
- Making false, exaggerated, or unverified claims about products — including any claims of human therapeutic use.
- Self-referrals: placing orders through your own affiliate link to earn commissions on your own purchases.
- Using coupon or cashback sites without prior written approval.
- Promoting to audiences where the sale or possession of research chemicals may be illegal.
7. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Northstate Labs. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your commissions.
8. Modifications & Termination
Northstate Labs reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms at any time with reasonable notice posted on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, approved and unpaid commissions will be paid out within 30 days provided the minimum threshold is met.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
